Wowee, 8 weeks today, they just keep rolling in!!!
I'm not going to move into Month 3 until 3rd Oct, but whichever way you look at it, i haven't smoked a puff for 2 months, un-bloody-believable!!!
I am a really bad ex-smoker, this morning i was walking behind a smoker and it smelled so bad that i had to walk faster to get in front of the smoke (which was easy cos i had tons more energy!!).
I can smell smoke a mile off and then want to gag!!! Although i can manage to go around to my sisters and not be too bothered when she smokes.
Haven't been posting much, so to all the 'long timers' out there - WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP'.
And to all the newbies - STICK WITH IT, it gets soooo much easier and its sooooooooo worth it.
HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!

Yey! Well done Choco and everyone else!!
I'm coming up for 7 weeks next Tuesday and a bit like you have started to lose count - which is a good sign!
Still eating more than usual but honestly don't care - will do the careful eating thing when I'm good and ready or when I need to go up a size...
well done chocco! it s these sort of success stories that i read as a newbie that kept me goin through the dark times when the cravings were unbearable so i really do believe the posts on here contributed alot to me quitting successfully.
This is my third quit attempt and the longest i have ever quit. (i gave up on june 29th)
keep up all the hard work every1, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, every1 here is proof of that! well done!
