Hello every1 today i start month4 and moving up another level, its flown by i can remember posting on day1. Saw my Dr yesterday and we have decided to go onto the lower dose tablet for a fortnight when i finish the normal dose tablets i have already cut down to 1 tablet a day and been fine so i have about 3 weeks of the higher dose tablet left then 2 weeks on the lower doseage then nothing oh sh*t then its the million dollar question have i stopped smoking or has the champix stopped me smoking, i will be without a safety net, I mean i dont think about smoking at all now, so i have broken the habit and i assume the nicotine is out of my body, of which there seems to be a lot more of since i stopped smoking.
The only down side is i am still suffering from terrible wind (Phew) and weight increase although i am going to the gym 5 days a week but my stomach gone all flabby and i have gone up a bra size. Still not sure wether i have man boobs or with all the weight lifting pecs its hard to decide.

Fancy meeting you here. Actually it's quit nice to see you here. It's been a long journey but on the 4th month eh wow we are doing great. I'm sure when your off the champix you'll do fine because I bet your willing to quit was every bit as strong. Way to go brother way to go!!
Day 3 of the Champix now and I can identify with the windy pops problem! I must admit that I wouldn't mind going up a bra size though! I reckon the last time I had a decent bust was when I was breastfeeding my daughter (and that was like 13yrs ago!) Haven't suffered from nausea as yet - I've been taking the tablet after polishing off a large bowl of Fruit n Fibre and drinking half a pint of water with it. Seems to have worked so far (hope it continues to do so)
