I hate Cigarette and You? Why?

Well I hate it because it burned my lungs and heart. It didn’t give anything to me but took my good health, money, and sometimes friends (who don't smoke)

One more big reason is passive smoking. Well when I smoked, not only harmed my health but others.

I got ill with pneumonia, it was an insight into how a problematic lung sufferer, through smoking, would live, I was rushed to hospital coughing up blood, unable to breathe. I was put on oxygen for 4 days thankfully not the rest of my life! IV saline and IV antibiotics Scary shit!

I could end up like that for ever and maybe even inflict that poor health on my non smoking family too if i hadn't by then taught my children to smoke too!

Then how would i forgive myself, when it's too late?

It made me poor, sad, smelly, selfish, stressed and disgusted to name but a few adjectives!

Welcome justquit x x x x

Well done on deciding to quit x x

Not tried it but the doctor can prescribe stuff to help bring it up :D

It may be asthma related if so that drug is not advisable, i wouldn't take anything that the doctor hasn't prescribed me!

Drink plenty of fluids, make a doctor appointment

Very good advice Buffy, I agree with you. Prescribed medication is always safe and best.
