I have been quit for 1 Month, 4 Days, 18 hours, 5 minutes and 25 seconds (34 days). I have saved £236.46 by not smoking 1,077 cigarettes. My Quit Date: 22/04/2007 00:30

Hi guys just to fill you in with my progress, bit of a up and down week but still going strong, out with the wife tonight a few drinks and a meal as a treat.

The ups and downs are to expected and bare in mind you had ups and downs when you smoked too!

Thanks Roy and congratulations on nearly 5 weeks! That is ace!!!! I'm pleased the champix is working out for you. I must say I've not really suffered any side effects with th zyban so far( touch wood) I've had a couple of s**t days early on but I think that was more frm the nicotine withdrawal rather than zyban. Oh well one week down- rest of my life to go !!!!
