Hi all

I am so stressed this afternoon My son is back on the drink, My partner and bother are having words, and to top it all I have just been served with a summons To go to court to give evidence (and i dont want to because its between two of my family) I just really hope I dont give in my fight with the fags Linda ps the case is on monday

Sorry you were right about your boy, hope those words will be the ones that trigger him into changing his habits.

Well one thing is for sure, The one thing you have the ability to control out of all of this is the ability to stay quit. No one can take that away from you, I hope you can find a small boost in that knowledge!

Thank you all so much for your support. I feel a bit better today and soooo pleased I didnt crack yesterday. (one day at a time)

Thank you Buffy what you said is right the only thing I can control is my self and thats my smoking.
