I don't know what you are doing to take your mind off things, but I think it's important to do something rather than nothing. Difficult when you aren't feeling great I know, but going for a walk/exercise and eating something healthy will give your body a 'jolt' and help it cope.
You are in the middle of the critical 4 week period so it's no surprise that things might be feeling tough. Spend some of that cash you've saved on treating yourself and cheering yourself up!
