day 5

Hi everyone

Thought i would let you all no that ive reached day 5 and still going strong.

I will not be on this weekend as im going on a stag night up in Newcastle, so this will be a testing time for me, its my first time out since i quit so, hear i go fingers crossed. hope you all keep up the hard work and have a nice weekend.

Have a great time and be strong. I found with previous quits that I tried not to go into situations where I might be tempted but just ended up withdrawing into myself and becoming down - so I say go have a good time and if you get tempted think of us all here rooting for you!
