Day 4 hello !

Well just entered my Day 4 timescale ! Hallelujah !

Thought it might have been worse in Day 3 but I'm not kidding myself.

Most of the cravings I have had have been on the small and quick side but when I have had a bad one its been really hard and a copius amount of water was consumed. Visiting the bathroom quite a lot but not a hardship considering the amount of water that is being drank and it won't be doing me any harm.

Oh well onwards and upwards to Day 5.
