Well folks second day and still on track. Seems a bit silly to say still on track after 24 hours. Anyway thats 24 hours I'm really pleased about. Surprised really as there was a bit of friction at home but I managed to stay focused and kept cool.Hope fellow quitters are hanging in there. We can do this together !

That is brilliant. I think the first 24 hours are practically the worst as you count every minute, so well done for staying on track and here is to the next 24!

I am with you too--feel like pulling my hair out-- but I am with you-- we can all do it. To think we ever started the putrid habit kind of seems far away with every passing hour. And with the anxiety i can't remember what i ate for breakfast either.
