Long Day eh

Well Debz can guarantee you one thing.....it does get easier as you go from day to day.....we all have to start somewhere and you'll be in great company all the way as most of us have done the Day 1 thing lol.

Anyway hope you stay the course, after all you have made the most important step.....deciding to give up. You didnt say if you using any NRT (patches etc) but have found them a great help. You may not feel great giving up but when the cravings pass beleive me the feelings of not having to rely on the little white sticks far outweighs anything else....and the feeling of achievement is out of this world!
