Here I am at the end of the 2nd week and a nats whisker from Week 3. The days not smoking have flown by actually and maybe thats cause some of the time I just wished the day away so that I could sleep through the cravings lol!
Anyway think I'll busy myself in garage and shed today to keep my mind busy.
Will post update........and remember "stopping smoking saves lives"!....u know it makes sense.
