Many many reasons...all positive

Hi Everyone

One of my main reasons for quitting is my 6 year old son is always on my back about smoking, saying things like "Smoking is bad for you,It gives you cancer and Mummy I don't want you to die" Having that going on day after day is giving me the incentive to stop.

Here in Northern Ireland we also have a smoking ban coming into effect on 30th April and I want to stop by myself rather than it being thrust apon me by someone else.

And we all know how bad it is for your health.

Good for you! Don't forget that the NHS provides help if the going gets tough! They can give you help with hints, tips and nicotine replacement therapy, do whatever you need to do to make it a success.
