I'm quite shocked to be here! I have to confess rto having had a puff on spmeone else's cig about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure really why I did it. Perhaps to test myself and show how far I'd come. I don't know. But it didn't (luckily!) make me want to start again. I hated it.

I've done 5 weeks and 6 days now and am so proud of myself. I'm loving the gym fo rthe first time in my life and feel so fit and toned! I'm so pleased with myself!

If you're reading this wondering whether it's worth the hassle and difficulty of quitting then please be assured that it is! It really, really is. I didn't even smoke that many each day when I smoked and I feel fantasttic. If I'd smoked even more before then I assume I'd feel even better now!! Just do it - it's the best thing you could possibly do. Good luck!

Good going!

Good to hear that you are keeping strong, many others in your place would have given up on quitting long since-at the time you had that tes-smoke!
