Nearly gave in

Well it's now nearly the end of my second day and I must admit I nearly gave in. I had a bad nights sleep kept on waking up must be the lack of nicotine. I had bad cravings this morning and I even took a ciggie out of the packet looked at it and then silently told myself not to be so stupid and put it away. I then went for a 10 min walk instead and then continued to keep myself busy up until now. Although I've started being ratty my breathing is alot better today and even after just two days i'm feeling a big difference.

Lets hope tomorrow is a bit easier.

Any good?

You mentioned about using the niocrette inhalator, is it any good? How many cigarettes did you have in a day?

Not what you're looking for?
