I had a drag on a cig last night and feel horrible. I'm so disappointed in myself, I didn't even really want it, not like a real craving I just thought that it woudln't matter. I haven't had anything else since but I hope it hasn't ruined my chances of staying stopped

Don't worry. I know it feels like the end of the world but don't let it be an excuse to start again. You can definitely get past it. How's it going now?

Ditto!

Yep, just forget about it now. It;s done so no need to keep going over it. Just carry on as if it never happened. You'll get there!

Thanks. Actually that was all I had in the end. I was so disappointed, I think it kept me on the straight and narrow. Me and my bloke are quitting together so it's not just me I'm letting down if I do go back to smoking.
