Tomorrow is my 60th day of taking CBC and the last 30 with 3% of THC. 60 DAYS OF IP6/INOSITOL. A BIG STEP FOR ME BUT GLAD I TOOK THE RISK. MONDAY THE DR. COULD NOT FEEL SWOLLEN NODES UNDER MY ARMS. MY ARMPITS ARE VERY DARK. 99% OF ACHES, PAIN UNDER CONTROL. SWELLING IS DOWN IN STOMACH AND THIGHS. STILL HAVE VERY HOT FLASHES..DO NOT LAST LONG. SLEEPING BETTER. FATIGUE IS BETTER. I ONLY GET ABOUT A THIRD OF MY DAILY CHORES DONE. MY MOOD IS GREAT. NOT EVER HIGH; BUT, RELAXED AND ENCOURAGED. I COULD NEVER HAVE DONE ANYTHING WHILE IN PAIN.
I AM WORKING ON DIET ESPECIALLY SUGAR AND TRYING TO GET UP COURAGE TO DO REGULAR EXERCISES. I RESEARCH NHL EVER OPPORTUNITY I GET. I WAS UP UNTIL 4 AM DOING RESEARCH. IT APPEARS THAT SOME CANCERS HAVE BEEN LINKED TO THE POLIO VACCINE WHICH CONTAINED SV40 VIRUS .
thing about this illness , if there is one is that it often gives us periods of time to work on improving our own health status with (we hope) the object of longer remissions. I research a lot too since I was diagnosed in 2014. One thing I've discovered is that placing our full reliance on either the medical path or the alternative path doesn't necessarily help. We need balance to succeed. Hopefully complementary medicine (including exercise) will become a normal part of all cancer treatment in the future. Thanks for posting your updates .
