Boil in chicken broth some fresh not canned; bagged or not (mixed carrots, cabbage, broc, cali, onions, peppers mostly (Red) and green beans, add pineapple 1/2 cup.)Add some little Chinese noodles for crunch. So…. Good and good for our kidneys well not soy but that is for the taste.

Ingredients:

Coconut aminos have even less salt than low sodium soy sauce —if you find the right brand —and really taste almost identical .

“Crunchy” noodles are fried and than means added fat. I’d consider sliced celery or water chestnuts.
