A bit 'Off subject' but a Good Evening.

Dear all,

I know that this IS a tad, Off Subject, but I hope it will Lift Your Spirits- a bit anyway.

Yesterday I went to my Mother's Flats, for a Pre-Christmas Party, The Food was, very good indeed, and I knew, a fair number, of People. On 'my' table was my Mother, one of her Neighbours, that Lady's Daughter and myself. During the Raffle, we had all bought tickets, the 'other two' won an After Shave Collection- which they kindly gave to me, thank you 'Girls', most kind, (The Manager 'insisted' that The Little Girl Winning 'The Larger Teddy Bear' WASN'T a 'Fix'..... Obviously I 'believed' her!)

The only 'let down' was the Guitarist, Oh dear, oh dear what a racket.... which only got worse, and louder, as the evening went on! I the end I went into the adjoining room, which 'helped' a Bit- Strumming, as opposed to Playing guitarists should have a 'volume limit'- preferably of around fifty decibels..... loud enough to hear, if you want to.

However, apart from the Noise the evening 'went' very well indeed and Yes the child was very pleased with her Gift, sorry 'Raffle Prize'. in all a Good Time was had by everyone.
