First, it’s good the cancer us removed. Second, the plastic surgery should help a lot both with functionality and appearance. It will be a process, but it will hopefully lead to positive results.

Stay strong…

Randy - You are a positive, optimistic man. Otherwise, you would not have started this journey. I may not be walking in your shoes but I, and all of us, are walking with you. 💚🙏

Hang in there Randy. It’s not long till your reconstruction surgery. Just 4 days! I know it looks bad now, but right after surgery it will look better. Then it will get a little better looking every day.

Me and my friends are praying for you, and will be praying for you on the 7th.

Randy, you will see a very big difference once you get reconstruction and the stitches come out after healing. I was amazed at mine. Good luck.

They removed my entire top lip, with a hole the size of a nickel. Plastic surgeon said may never look same again. THANK YOU anne627

The dermatologist said if he closed himself, my teeth would always show and maybe a plastic surgeon could do it better. The surgeon said he would try his best, but it may not be perfect. He took a wedge from the bottom lip and somehow fitted it in and manipulated the skin around the top lip on the whole left side and stitched it in from underneath the top lip. Then stitched my mouth almost shut for a few weeks. There is a small line on my bottom lip and you can’t tell on top. I once had an eyelid skin cancer removed and my eye doctor made a new eyelid with no eyelashes and you can’t tell. Try to relax and let us know how you made out.
