Yes I have. I had to take 2000mg of an antibiotic an hour before the procedure (required by my transplant team)

I have had a few and replaced by dental implants..my dentists require the standard 2000 mg of antibiotics that are also required before any dental work, including cleanings..I go for cleanings every 4 months because of the effects of the drugs to treat the kidney over the years compounded by poor dental care in the teen years. Make sure you have dentists who know how to treat transplant patients..dental care is extremely important part of your health care with a transplant..good luck

I've had wisdom tooth removal and crowns. Antibiotic prep and all turned out well.
