hello gys, i have been tracrolimus tab for 1 year post transplant ...my creatinine level went upto 2.0 and thn i am transferred to envirolinus tab ..any body passed from similar situration????

Try drinking more water. My creatnine went up to 2.5 because my donor had the BK virus & it came back to me after 6&1/2 yrs. I did not have the virus pre-transplant. I now do monthly bloodwork to detect the virus. Ask your transplant doctor. Good luck

Also, I had 3 rejections due to BK in the 1st year & 1/2 detected by biopsy. My creatnine level started at 1.5. I am now 7&1/2 yrs post transplant with creatnine at steady2,5. Doctor reduced my prograf & celcept to let my immune system kill the BK virus. Ok now
