Hi Kelli, I workout at the gym every other day, and walk as much as possible. Have a great day Kelli.

Struggling. Have not been consistent since November, post holiday travel and gatherings. Now snowed in for the most part. Equipment in the house but simply not motivated.

You are not alone! Holidays and winter weather make keeping up with routines hard! Keep trying and hopefully Spring will make it easier to get out and get active!

My husband and I walk at our local mall usually 5 days a week. We live in Wyoming so have snow and way too much wind to walk much outside. I have a fitbit so it counts my steps. Try to have 7,000 - 10,000 steps on days I walk.

I have been working out at the gym 5-6 days a week and doing a spinning class a couple of days during the week.
