21 years out. Taking Sirilmus and Cellcept Getting side effects like flu, swollen feet.Urinary tract infections. Doc doesn’t want to lower Sirilimus. Only on 2 cellcept a day.

I too am on those same 2 meds. I take 4 cellcept twice a day.

Sirolimus does have the side effect of swollen feet & ankles.

Ask your transplant team about a water pill. Furosemide works for me. The swelling isn't all of the time but it does happen.

My dr doesn’t want me to use a diuretic..Thanks for answering. I take very little of each med now. Donnabeth

I'm surprised. Excess fluid can cause stress on heart.

But please listen to your doctor.
