Hi Huzaif

the tacrolimus levels are usually checked every time you have a clinic appointment. Every day if you have just had your transplant and still on the ward.

I’m 11 years post kidney transplant and I now have labs done, including tacrolimus levels, abt every 4 months. Been that way for approx 5-6 years.

Following transplant I was tested every M - Th for 90 days, then every M for another Month, then biweekly. Now it is monthly and I am told that it will be monthly for life.
