Greetings, I would like to be a kidney donor to someone who desperately needs a kidney donor, I am a healthy 23 year old who likes exercising regularly, residing in Johannesburg, kindly help locate those in need, thank you.

Hi Kennedy97, Being a Kidney Donor is a very generous wonderful act. Have you contacted your local transplant clinic? I assume you are in South Africa. I do not know the protocol there but I would think that would be a place to start.
