According to CKD diet the alcohol drinks are stricktly prohibited. But sometimes I break this rule. And I think many other people do that. I really apreciate people who can follow diet rules on 100%, but I can't do this. So, here's the question: which alcohol drink more safer for dialisys patient?
This is a question that no one here should answer. Alcohol affects medications and each person's medical conditions differently. You won't like my answer which is none. But you are looking for a pass from us for something you should not be doing.

In addition, alcohol can disrupt the hormonal control mechanisms that govern kidney function. By promoting liver disease, chronic drinking has further detrimental effects on the kidneys, including impaired sodium and fluid handling and even acute kidney failure.
Sometimes it's hard not to have a celebratory glass of wine once in awhile. However, you've been blessed with the chance for living your life via dialysis, why would you want to throw that away? It's difficult enough to stick with a renal diet, why play Russian roulette with alcohol. Sending good thoughts and positively.
You should ask your Nephologist this question...tell him you are consuming occasional Alcohol and that you enjoy it.. He needs to have that information to help prescribe your treatment..not judge you.
He may be able to make a few suggestions on what Spirits and frequency would best fit into your particular situation and dialysi .

I know it’s difficult to break a norm or habit, especially one that gives you comfort or helps you socialise with your loved ones. This may be a bit harsh but it’s tough love, if you can make the effort to cut out alcohol from your diet completely, that is best for you. But if you’re really struggling with this, I suggest you discuss this with your nephrologist and ask for a healthier option or alternative.
Some people may not understand this concept. Many folks, are specifically in Dialysis because of alcohol abuse. Kidneys work over time, when you are tilting your favorite alcoholic drink down your gullet especially if your kidneys are already trashed. My kidneys left the building after 40 years of single malt scotch.
I won't judge, and I definitely do not throw rocks in my own glass house. If you want to go on a bender, do it the day before your dialysis session, just make it to the appointment.
Reality is, many alcoholics or even recovering alcoholics will continue to abuse themself. I did, and still do. I don't go beyond what I patently know I can handle. I'm no spring chicken.
Just remember, if you have loved ones, you might want to stick around see how it turns out. They want you around too. Who knows maybe man will walk on mars, be a sight to see.
If you drink beer, stop, too much liquid volume, not too mention PHOSPHOR runs rampant in beer . You'll wheel barrow/crane in to dialysis if you drink a 12'er. Personally, ginger ale and/or sparkling water with a smooth vodka these days and very limited.
If you can't quit it or tone it down, many treatments available. Outpatient too. No shame, happens to a great many folks.

All of you talking about addiction, but it's not my case. I know how alcohol affect on my health and use it very limited. It's bad, you ‘re all totaly right. And I trying to diminish it, as low as I can.
My reply said to ask your Neph...I am on Dialysis and was never partook much in Alcohol...I mentioned to my Neph that I spent my Mother Day with family and other Moms and the Margaritas they were drinking sure looked good...He told me I should have had one...I was a little shocked...He told me an occasional drink was fine...just don't have one with a salted rim...There is so much misinformation and people telling us "how to do things"...for whatever reason...My suggestion is to ask your Nephologist about it..Kidney Disease is as individual as our finger prints ...you may be surprised
I have started my home dialysis last December. My doctor in Taiwan recommends tests of achole, coffee or tea are allowed by only limited to a small amount, about 2.5 ounces.
I have been following his instruction since.
