I'm happy to tell everyone I'm now listed on the transplant list. The has taken a year and a half. I have had a lot of help. I want to thank the Lord above. My wife who is also my best friend. The next group my best friends, coworkers and Mayo Clinic in Arizona. It has been 🎢 ride ups and downs. The next part of this journey to be listed. I'm working five days a week and dialysis three days. They have started to use my fistula. I getting use to it. I have to say to stay strong, positive and live life. Take care everyone 😆. Stay tuned the best is yet to come.

Congrats on being added to THE LIST! Now you have to wait!! And when you least expect it, you will get the CALL. Mine came at 2:30 in the morning.
I am now 24 years post transplant and am living life to the fullest. Strep throat as a kid caused nephritis and 30 years later I was in kidney failure. My deceased donor was a 16 year old boy that was involved in a horrific car accident. His kidney was a 4/6 match for me. My transplant is doing fantastic!
