Warming bag alarming!

Hi,

My warming bag has started alarming and not heating up. I have left it unplugged over night and then tried to get it working this morning but the alarm just got louder. What alternative is there to warming my bag as cold fluid makes my stomach uncomfortable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Heating pads work for me. I put my bags under a heated pad before I start my treatment. 3 hours before and it work all the time

I'd call the company. What company are you with? If Fresenius, they will send you a new machine overnight! Your old machine gets put in the box they send the new cycler in and UPS picks it back up on a schedule for free.

Are you sure you have the bag touching the silver button so that it makes good contact? The button detects that you have a bag there and I believe it is the heating element.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I'm not with Fresenius, I am with Baxter. I took it back to the hospital that gave it to me and they did a straight swap for a working bag warmer.
