Hi, new to the forum, I was wondering if anybody have any Good exercise ideas for someone working full-time and on HD? Because I’m working full-time and on each day my time is limited when exercising. What type of exercise would be most efficient?
Thank you

I have been participating in exercise sessions on Zoom through RSNhope.org (the renal support network) out of California. They consist of 30 minute sessions with a personal trainer, usually a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises from head to toe and sometimes including some cardio. They are at 4pm Calif. time and I do them at 7 pm Eastern time. They are on Monday - Thursday each week. I feel really good doing exercise and am able to do almost all of them at 68 years old with arthritic knees! You feel stronger and I'm starting to get my muscles back! The trainer works with people with kidney disease who are on dialysis or have had a transplant, so she definitely gears the exercises to our capabilities and challenges us to do more if we can. I usually skip my dialysis days since I'm too tired afterward. It's also free!
The invitation is on Ren Alert, the newsletter from Renal Support Network. Look for the link to the Zoom room about virtual support groups and more. I'll check to see if it's on the website as well. It's a free signup, but you do need to give personal info to be invited to participate.
Yes, it is also on the rsnhope.org website, on the upper left corner. Look for zoom room support group meetings and scroll down to signup for get moving meetings.
