Ambulance Transport to Dialysis Sucks

Hi everyone,

My name is Steven and I’m an EMT that works for an ambulance company primarily transporting patients to and from dialysis. I’m here because I feel like the ambulance ride to & from dialysis is not a pleasant experience, and that it could be improved immensely. What are some things you hate about your transport, dislike, or think could be done better? For example: The mattress is too hard, they are always late, boring ride, etc. I would love any and all suggestions. Mention what state you’re in so I have an idea where these problems are. I really want to improve the patient experience! Thanks!

What are the patients you currently transport asking for? It seems that would give you the answers you need.
