What do you do to take a break and relax? What hobbies do you have that help you feel good and have fun?

Watch a favorite movie,

Listen to music from my (relatively) carefree college days,

Play with or simply cuddle with my dogs,

I'm a firm believer in fiction breaks! I used to take them at work; I simply tune the world out and indulge in a chapter or two of whatever book I'm reading. The beach used to be my place of solace, but I guess life changes seasons because it doesn't comfort me like it used to. I also make playlists based on how I'm feeling at the moment, there is so much good music out there.
