I want to know, what will happen when we continuously take a blood during dialysis?
Kidney dialysis : I want to know, what will... - Kidney Dialysis
Kidney dialysis
Your question is confusing. Can you clarify what you are wanting to know? During hemodialysis the blood is continuously recycled through the tubing and the filter back into the body over and over again. Please explain what you mean by "continuously take a blood during dialysis?" Thank you & Blessings
Do you mean they drawing blood from you? that's why we were given EPO or ARENASP so our blood will not get too low.
We keep making blood, they will give you Iron and epogen to help depends on how much you lose. The process filters and returns your blood. Labs take some. Consider a natural menstrual cycle our bodies are always losing some. It takes about 15 days I think for the cell count to change. So if you have surgery, menstrual cycle, and lose some because access bleeds after treatment you may feel week and light headed, communication is key with your nurse. Hopefully this answers your question. If not ask again.
