I have recently had issues with elevated albumin /creatinine levels. 403 in November and it dropped to 66 when checked in February. In December my protein/creatinine ratio was 150 which is considered normal. O my GFR is 81. I’m 60 years old. My ct scan of kidneys was normal along with all other bloodwork. I have lupus but autoimmune connection has been ruled out. No high bp nor am I a diabetic. No family history. I don’t know what to think. I am very anxious about this. Nephrologist to check again in 6 months. Any one with similar experience?

Here is a link to National Kidney Foundation article on eGFR. There is also a link to information for those over 60. I was diagnosed 8 years ago when the calculation was a little different. Diet also has helped me to slow down progression. Keep us posted on your CKD journey. kidney.org/kidney-topics/es...
