when you read different posts it's confusing because some people are saying eat wholegrain and seeds, and some people are saying don't eat wholegrain and seeds, what are you supposed to eat it's confusing.

Fiber is excellent for you. So go ahead and eat whole grains. That is old school thinking for kidney patients, but they have discovered that you only absorb less than 60% or more of the phosphorous. Enjoy away.
thankyou, I have recently ordered 100% organic sprouted wholewheat bread rye,but it's a bit higher in protein than others, people say to reduce protein.
I aldo have coronary artery disease so I try to mesh the renal diet and the heart healthy diet. But mostly eat to my labs.
Just do you best to try and stay away from processed foods. Eat as natural as possible. It is really all you can do with all the misinformation on the web.
