Help about the child's dizzy

My son is almost 12 years old. Since birth, he has always felt dizzy after sports. At the dizzy time, his blood pressure would be below 50. We see different doctors and one of the conclusions is the vertical tilting obstacle(vagal syncope), but no therapeutic method.

I'm seeking to see if anyone also has this issue or any helpful therapeutic method.

Sincerely thanks.

With out knowing his history my guess is that he gets dehydrated when exerting himself. See if drinking more water during and after helps

Just so you know, this is the site that people diagnosed with kidney disease ask questions and report problems.

Take care.
