Can simple renel cysts cause drop in EGRF? I don't have proteinurea but egfr is a bit low, has declined 12 points in egfr since last three months i am much worried

I think YES because the first thing my doc wondered about my low egr, was whether I had a kidney stone blockage of some sort.

What was the cause of low egfr? Was that due to simple renel cysts?
