Kidney Transplant & Primary Immune Deficiency

I'm looking to connect with some who have a Primary Immune deficiency and on immunoglobulin replacement. I have both and am having some issues specific to them.

I just recently noticed my immunoglobulin G going south on my blood work for CLL. My eGFR had went to 28. Trying to get my doctor to give me immunoglobulin injections. So far they are holding off. The reading has been below normal for a while.

Are you having problems with infections? My replacement didn't last long enough after the transplant in July so i ended up in the hospital with infections. I am changing to weekly sub q this month. I know that the antirejection makes it easier to get sick. Typical with my PI I have sinus and chest infections and UTIs.

Nothing major just some yeast infections. I think the

injections would help with that.
