L-Glutamine

I don't get it. If I take L-Glutamine my joints don't hurt, my energy is up, I sleep peacefully all night (with usual pee breaks). How can it be bad for me if it makes me feel so well?

I see where it might have a lot of good benefits, but let your doctor know to be on the safe side. Tell each of your health care providers about all, supplements, medicines you use now and any medicine you start or stop using. 😁
