have you had your iron, b12 and folate levels checked? Are you strictly plant based? My iron is fine but the iron uptake is low which is causing my anemia. What does your doctor say?

I developed anemia too for a while but now my red blood cells have returned to normal. It might have something to do with starting Ibandronate for osteopoenia/osteoporosis but I can't say for sure that is what caused the improvement.
