A PATIENT, BUT A STUDENT AS WELL

Hello,

I'm doing a research survey on racial disparities in Chronic Kidney Disease. I myself am battling late stage renal disease and have cared for family members who have also suffered from it and, therefore, I am invested in this project and want to bring more awareness and health equity to more people who are dealing with this unique journey. This is part of my fall term research project as an undergrad and putting aside 10 minutes of your time and attention would go a long way in supporting a project I am very passionate about, and I would be very grateful to know about your experiences!

This survey will be used as a practice exercise for an undergraduate introductory research methods class. The intent of this project is to provide an educational experience about research processes and methods and is not designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge. All responses will be anonymous and no personal identifying information will be collected. Data will be used for in-class learning purposes only and will neither be presented nor shared with anyone outside of the classroom. More information will be provided in the beginning of the survey, including contact information for the instructor.

Wish I could contribute something but sorry I don't live in USA.

As far as for my nation, here is no any racial disparity. It's all good here.
