Important to look at your past eGFR results to see trends. I was diagnosed at age 76 with eGFR. My Doctor prescribed a diet for me based on eGFR and results of blood work for sodium, potassium and phosphorus. Your creatinine is fantastic! My husband is 72 and his creatinine is 1.3. As you age your creatine does increase. Your BUN could just show that you were a little dehydrated, which would also affect your eGFR.

You have nothing to worry about don’t change a thing Your kidneys are gonna outlive you for sure😀 As with almost everyone no matter what the numbers say

Repeat the test but drink more water! See if that BUN doesn’t come down
