Can I ask any suggestion that during my dialysis, after a while they (the nurse or technician) always increase the UFR, and I figure out will be higher than the CMS guideline 13/ml/kg/hr, sometimes even 18/ml/kg/hr. I am afraid that Myocardial stunning could be happened although my blood pressure still ok. Kindly pls advise. TKS again.

If they increase the UFR, it may be done via a pre set program to be sure all excess fluid is removed by end of treatment. To be sure they dont increase the UFR, you will have to limit your intake of fluid even more. Please discuss this with your doctor as its a prescription the staff must follow. Basically it's in your control on how much fluid they remove. Don't drink too much, then they will have less to remove and at a better, slower rate. Blessings

I would recommend you ask questions about this. I found it difficult to tolerate high filtration rates when I was on dialysis. My heart rate would increase significantly. As a result, I felt bad during treatment and after treatment. Once I spoke with the doc and nurses about it, I ran at a lower rate. Sometimes they were not able to remove as much fluid, but they would advise me to be mindful of my fluids so they could remove more during the next treatment without C increasing the rate. It never hurts to let people know how you feel or ask questions.
