Is it common with KD to go most of the day without urinating then go several times on the morning?

I don't know, but am also curious as this started happening to me about 2 weeks ago. Very strange change. Hopefully someone from this great community will have some info. Take care.

Same I maybe pee 2 - 3 times a day!! One day only once and not much at that

If you are properly hydrating, it is unusual.
