Anema
Hi!You need to stop reading and wait for doctors appointment tomorrow. The doctor will be the best one to tell you exactly what’s going on. Please try to relax because the anxiety is not letting you think straight.
The anemia question is something you need to discuss with your Doctor. Just to share, I have anemia and in my situation with prescribed CKDdiet and exercise the progression of CKD has slowed. You might also want to get referral to a dietitian
Whoa!!!!! Slow down. She is only Stage 3, why are you worrying about transplants and blood types.
She may never need a transplant or dialysis.
Quit playing Google Dr.
Read about Stage 3. It is mild to moderate kidney disease. It is NOT as horrible as you are imagining.
These facts on this link will explain things in a calm reasonable manner.

I'm sure you are worried about your wife, and she's lucky to have you, but you need to stop over-stressing about this or you'll cause yourself to have health issues. It won't do your wife any good to get her all worried with the things you find which are over-exaggerated or misinterpreted online in your searches.
Listen to the Neph. and believe him. He won't be mentioning anything about transplants at this point. You might as well waste time worrying about being hit by a bus. It's useless to waste energy like that.
Please calm down and take in what the Neph tells you. Take someone with you if you need someone to help you remember the details of the appt. like an adult child. Take notes.
Have a short list of legitimate questions to ask at the appt.
Good luck.
