Thanks for the links to info. It appears Cystatin C is used on certain groups of people for calculating eGFR instead of or in addition to Creatinine?

According to my nephrologist - BUN, 24 hour urine sample tests etc count more than eGfr or creatinine which she says are very unreliable.
