Is being close to 9months now My urine started foaming after E.coli infection my GP said the kidneys will regenerate itself and everything will go to normal, each time I pee and see the foam it always shot my system down even when I avoid peeing in WC and pee outside the same thing happened I have noticed that my bp is going up and I no longer sleep the same way I used to sleep before, any little thing my breathing will be high and exhausted my Gp Doesn't take It serious Each time I mention it cos the Pass test I did Came out normal don't know what else to do.
Is There anyone here Who have had the same issue with mine? Can this issue resolve it self naturally as my GP said no one have had kidney issues in my family before As the kidney treatment is not affordable and inexperienced personnel in our health care I really need help as I don't know what to do again from Nigeria thank you.

First, some people just have foamy urine with no sign of kidney issues. I think it is a good sign that your tests have been normal. I guess I would trust your GP for now. If your Blood Pressure would become elevated, that would be a sign to get back in to see your GP. High BP can be a sign of kidney disease.
This is just what I have learned. I am not a medical professional, but am 19+ years post transplant.
I started noticing it after my Kidney infection (pyolenephritis) and all the Gp I visited said nothing even when my BUN was elevated they still ruled it out As I always know that something is wrong with my kidneys most at times I do pains and do urine culture and nothing will show up scan always shows nothing.
Well then you can do nothing more than trust the results if everything shows all is okay. Worrying or thinking there is a problem won't change anything but your peace of mind. Just eat healthy, drink plenty of water, exercise stay away from NSAIDS medications, don't smoke, limit alcohol, maintain good weight and go live your life. I agree that some people have foamy urine but healthy kidneys. It sounds like they've done all the tests more than once and scans which were normal. Grasp that and be thankful and go live your life. Blessings
I'm doing everything you mentioned here No alcohol, no red meat and the rest. There was a change in my creatinine from the first lab results to the second lab results the first result was 0.7 to 1.2, my BUN was 57 over the normal range to 47 a reduction of 10. My worries now is that I do pee twice at night unlike before that I don't pee at all at night, my Bp especially diastolic reading is always high sometimes 126/100 or 120/95 from my research is not normal except people who have heart disease, liver disease and kidney disease that always have elevated diastolic press.
Last week till now I have being experiencing itching around my legs and each time I call to inform him about how I'm feeling he will always said that every test we did came out normal doesn't know what else to say or do again. I know must of The doctors we have around here are inexperience about kidneys disease and how to diagnosed it, just last weekend I started having pains in my both backs and flank area no infection next thing is going to be scan. I'm spending a lot concerning this yet I'm still not okay I only enjoy three hours of sleep every night unlike before really don't know what else to do to get a final diagnosis based on what and how I'm feeling thanks .
