FYI: early in my CKD joirney, I learned about the American Association of Kidney Patients ("AAKP"). They have a free monthly magazine; great information on Support Groups; a Shop to download or buy information (I purchased several copies -- $1 or $1.50 each -- of a pocket-sized Nutrition Calculator that provides info about the amt of potassium, phosphorus, etc., in a lot of foods, including fast food restaurants) at aakp.org/shop/.

I just wanted to drop this info!
