Hello everyone...today is my first day on this website, and I think its great to be able to share your feelings, ideas, and questions on here.
I remember when I first became diagnosed with ckd a few years back, I was in denial for the first few months...it took awhile to accept it. I am now trying to loose weight, making healthier food choices and exercise. Still find it hard sometimes, but I am not going to give up on me!
