There are no FDA-approved stem cell treatments for kidneys at this time. There are clinics both in the US and outside of the US that claim they do treat kidneys but they don't provide much evidence that their treatments will work. Here's a good video made in 2014 from a researcher at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute who answers questions about stem cell treatments and kidneys:
