Does anybody else feel sick light headed and tired most of the time,I have a job lately sleeping is it my kidneys

Hi kingfisher3... Im new here but i also have had extreme fatigue i sleep at the night but still fell the need to nap during the day just always tired also having headaches and feel a bit disoriented or dazed went to get tested and my kidney levels r low n just found out that my levels have been dropping within the last 2 years was referred to a kidney specialist. So u might want to go talk to ur dr and get tested... I wish i had more information for u. Hope all is well
